Come home to the beautiful, secluded community of Symphony Isles. All of our homes and lots are situated on wide deep-water canals leading directly to Tampa Bay. Our community has a variety of housing options, including townhomes, zero lot-line homes, canal-front and large beach/bay-front homes. There are a total of 314 properties. Symphony Isles is a gated community with 24 hour uniformed security.

Symphony Isles is a vibrant deed-restricted community with social activities for children, teenagers and adults. Beyond our crisply maintained properties are environmentally friendly surroundings, with amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, children’s playground and a boat launch area. We have our own Symphony Beach Park with a private beach on Tampa Bay, a barbecue area, gazebo, horseshoe pit and volleyball court. Sidewalks wind throughout the community, so residents have safe areas to walk, run and bicycle while enjoying breathtaking views. And of course, all sorts of watersports are available to you on the expanses of beautiful Tampa Bay.

Beyond our gates, Interstate 75 is only a short drive away. Tampa, downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach and Sarasota are easy commutes and offer our residents great shopping, performing arts, professional sports, world-class museums, fine dining, nightlife and the top-rated Gulf Coast beaches. Tampa Bay is home to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, the Dali Museum, the TECO Manatee Viewing Center, and many other attractions. Symphony Isles is close to several championship golf courses. Tennis, basketball, fitness classes, a large playground, a dog park and much more can be found at the Apollo Beach Community Center, only two blocks away. For sports enthusiasts, we are within an easy drive to watch the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium. Other professional teams include the Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL), the Tampa Bay Rays (MLB), and the New York Yankees, who make Tampa their home for Spring Training. In Orlando, fans can follow the NBA’s Orlando Magic. Walt Disney World is a mere 1 hour and 30 minutes door-to-door. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes from Symphony Isles.

South Shore is the fastest growing area in Hillsborough County. For daily errands, nearby Apollo Beach Boulevard and Route 41 have supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, and specialty stores with more to come. Nearby, Sun City Center is home to Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Beall’s Department Store. The retail zone around Big Bend Road and Route 301 is also expending rapidly, with a Sam’s Club, Tractor Supply, auto parts stores and a number of casual restaurants. Meanwhile, the Westfield Mall area in Brandon is only 20 minutes north on Interstate 75. The mall area offers our residents a wide variety of shopping, fine dining, a 20-screen movie theater and other entertainment. The South Shore Regional Library is just a short drive away, with a branch in nearby Ruskin. Additional shopping can be found by just a 30-to 45-minute drive to Hyde Park Village, West Shore Plaza, the Prime Outlets in Ellenton and International Plaza.

We are situated close to E.G. Simmons Regional Park which offers a boat launching area, playgrounds, a beach, picnic areas and kayaking and canoeing areas. The park is a natural habitat sanctuary for wildlife, birds and sub-tropical plants.

The Community is fortunate to be close to St. Joseph’s Hospital South (Baycare) on Big Bend Road, South Bay Hospital in Sun City Center (HCA), and Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon (HCA). Many of the hospitals also have urgent care facilities nearby.

The Apollo Beach Elementary School is a short distance from Symphony Isles and the school is privileged to have received many Hillsborough County School District awards. Eisenhower Middle and East Bay High Schools are a short drive away on Big Bend Road. The Tampa Bay area offers many great opportunities for higher education at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, Hillsborough Community College, Eckerd College and Stetson College of Law.
